- Booking & Appointments
- All sessions must be booked in advance.
- A confirmation message will be sent after booking.
- Late arrival of more than 15 minutes may reduce service time or lead to rescheduling.
- Advance Payment
- Certain services may require advance payment to confirm your slot.
- Advance payments are non-refundable, but can be adjusted for rescheduled appointments (subject to availability).
- Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may result in loss of advance.
- Rescheduling is allowed only once and depends on available slots.
- Service Policy
- Customers are requested to share accurate skin/hair/health details for safe service.
- Final makeup results may vary based on skin type, lighting, and product compatibility.
- Photography & Portfolio Usage
- With client permission, ADORA may use makeover photos/videos for portfolio or social media promotions.
- Hygiene & Safety
- We follow strict hygiene and sanitization standards.
- Clients are requested to maintain basic cleanliness and cooperate with studio rules.
- Personal Belongings
- ADORA is not responsible for loss or damage to personal items carried by clients.
- Pricing
- Prices may vary based on customization, product selection, and service duration.
- Studio reserves the right to update prices without prior notice.
- Refund Policy
- Payments for completed services are non-refundable.
- Refunds are not applicable for dissatisfaction due to personal preference changes after service.
- Behaviour Policy
- Respectful behavior is expected from all clients.
- The studio reserves the right to refuse service in case of misconduct.
