Refunds & Cancellation Policy – ADORA Makeover Family Studio

1. Booking & Advance Payment
  • Some services require an advance payment to secure your session.
  • All advance payments are non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • Advance can be adjusted for a rescheduled appointment (one time only).
2. Cancellation Policy
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will result in loss of advance.
  • Same-day cancellations (within a few hours of appointment) are considered a no-show and are fully chargeable.
3. Rescheduling Policy
  • Rescheduling is allowed only once and depends on available slots.
  • If a client arrives 15 minutes late, the session time may be reduced or appointment may be rescheduled.
  • Repeated rescheduling may require an additional fee.
4. Refund Policy
  • Payments for completed services are strictly non-refundable.
  • Refunds are not provided for dissatisfaction based on personal preferences after the service.
  • Refunds are not applicable for makeup looks affected by weather, sweat, travel, or skin reactions beyond the artist’s control.
5. Product/Service Issues
  • If any reaction or sensitivity occurs, the studio is not liable unless it’s proven due to product misuse.
  • Clients must inform the artist about allergies or skin conditions before the service.
6. Studio Rights
  • ADORA Makeover Family Studio reserves the right to decline refunds or cancellations if terms are not followed.
