Terms & Conditions – ADORA Makeover Family Studio

  1. Booking & Appointments
    • All sessions must be booked in advance.
    • A confirmation message will be sent after booking.
    • Late arrival of more than 15 minutes may reduce service time or lead to rescheduling.
  2. Advance Payment
    • Certain services may require advance payment to confirm your slot.
    • Advance payments are non-refundable, but can be adjusted for rescheduled appointments (subject to availability).
  3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
    • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may result in loss of advance.
    • Rescheduling is allowed only once and depends on available slots.
  4. Service Policy
    • Customers are requested to share accurate skin/hair/health details for safe service.
    • Final makeup results may vary based on skin type, lighting, and product compatibility.
  5. Photography & Portfolio Usage
    • With client permission, ADORA may use makeover photos/videos for portfolio or social media promotions.
  6. Hygiene & Safety
    • We follow strict hygiene and sanitization standards.
    • Clients are requested to maintain basic cleanliness and cooperate with studio rules.
  7. Personal Belongings
    • ADORA is not responsible for loss or damage to personal items carried by clients.
  8. Pricing
    • Prices may vary based on customization, product selection, and service duration.
    • Studio reserves the right to update prices without prior notice.
  9. Refund Policy
    • Payments for completed services are non-refundable.
    • Refunds are not applicable for dissatisfaction due to personal preference changes after service.
  10. Behaviour Policy
  • Respectful behavior is expected from all clients.
  • The studio reserves the right to refuse service in case of misconduct.
